Business Traveler
Staff was so-so. There was a old tray of food left outside of the room next to mine. It was there when I checked in and there when I checked out.

The hotel was always clean, it has luxury appearance in the restaurant, lobby and poolside. The rooms were nice and clean. The hallways have dark, dirty-looking carpets.

The hotel facilities were not clean. Further, on the two elevators in our side of the building, one was out of order when we checked-in and the second went out of order later in the evening.
